Our Secondary Science Tuition encourages students to understand the theoretical concepts and be able to apply their knowledge in school and during exams. Our teachers are experts in their fields and highly experienced in teaching the topics within all three disciplines: Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Students work on individual programmes based on their needs, goals and gaps in their learning. By working through structured questions linked to specific topics their subject knowledge and understanding gets deepened.
We use a variety of paper based as well as computer based activities to support all learning and occasionally ask pupils to study short video clips in support of difficult concepts. Towards exams the focus shifts to working through past papers, exam preparation and revision of key concepts.
All exam boards (EDEXCEL, AQA and OCR) are covered at Foundation as well as Higher Level. Our teachers are familiar with the content of the KS3 as well as GCSE Science Curriculum and it’s many recent changes.
